Dr Kannu
Dr Kannu is a passionate and highly skilled dentist who combines a gentle touch with
a deep commitment to clinical excellence. Affectionately known as “Magic Fingers”
by her patients, she is recognised for her calming presence and her ability to make
even the most anxious patients feel comfortable and cared for.
She is currently specialising in Prosthodontics, advancing her skills in complex restorative, aesthetic, and reconstructive dentistry. With a strong focus on long-term
outcomes and functional smile design, Dr Kannu blends science with artistry to
deliver results that improve both oral health and confidence.
Dr Kannu is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Marathi, allowing her to communicate
warmly and clearly with a diverse patient base. She is also passionate about giving
back to the dental profession through mentoring young dentists—sharing her
knowledge, experience, and support as they build their careers.
Marley Newby-Knight
Marley has been an integral part of the DentaGlow family for over eight years and
currently leads our Stafford Heights practice with a calm, confident presence. Known
for her reliability, warmth, and dedication, Marley has grown from a valued team
member into a strong and trusted leader—earning the respect of both staff and
patients alike.
As Practice Manager, Marley ensures the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently while
always putting people first. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and
commitment to exceptional service make her the backbone of our day-to-day
operations.
Outside of work, Marley enjoys diving into a good book, investing time in self-
development, and—on the rare occasion—relaxing with a glass of rum. Her balance
of professionalism and down-to-earth humour brings great energy to the team and awelcoming atmosphere to the clinic.
Katrina McCoombes
Katrina has been a cornerstone of the DentaGlow team for over seven years,
bringing warmth, reliability, and a wealth of experience to her role as Practice
Manager at our Taigum clinic. Known for her approachable nature and can-do attitude, Katrina is often the go-to person across the DentaGlow network—whether
it’s solving day-to-day challenges or supporting her team through mentorship and
training.
Her natural leadership and genuine care for people make her an essential part of
both the staff and patient experience. Katrina thrives on building a positive,
welcoming environment where everyone feels supported—from new team members
to long-standing patients.
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending quality time with family and friends,
spoiling her dogs, and diving into the world of property investment. Her passion for
real estate reflects her forward-thinking mindset and commitment to personal
growth—values she brings into every aspect of her work at DentaGlow.
Aman Poonia
Aman Poonia is the founder and General Manager of DentaGlow, where his
leadership philosophy is rooted in empowering people to thrive—both personally and
professionally. He believes that a strong team culture is the foundation of exceptional
patient care, and he’s passionate about helping every team member become the
best version of themselves.
Aman has embedded the principles from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team into the
DentaGlow workplace, creating a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
Under his guidance, DentaGlow has grown into a respected and patient-focused
dental group with a reputation for excellence.
His entrepreneurial drive and leadership have seen him recognised in the business
community—being nominated twice as Business Person of the Year and named a
finalist on both occasions.
Outside of work, Aman enjoys quality time with his two sons, reading books on
leadership and growth, and playing cricket on Sundays. His blend of strategic
thinking, hands-on involvement, and people-first mindset continues to shape the
future of DentaGlow.
